Fifty to one hundred twenty guests gather within the former grain storage, a dramatic volume that requires minimal decoration. The restaurant operates with a separate entrance, allowing caterers to work independently during setup without crossing dining circulation. Modern guest rooms occupy a building set back from the river, preserving the historic mill as the primary visual anchor.
